Hybrid Elite was founded by Opeyemi Ganiyu Ajibade — a security professional with over 16 years of operational experience across West Africa and Eastern Europe. During that time, he watched clients struggle to find reliable protection services, operators struggle to reach professional clients, and the entire industry run on informal networks and handshakes.
