Terms of Service
The agreement that governs your use of the Hybrid Elite System platform. Last updated 6 June 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hybrid Elite System platform and services ("Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
Hybrid Elite provides a platform to request security and intelligence services — executive protection, journey management, cybersecurity, crisis management, aerial intelligence and consulting — including quoting, payment, operator dispatch and live mission tracking. Availability of specific services depends on location, vetting and operational feasibility.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Clients and operators may be subject to verification, vetting and approval before access is granted.
3. Quotes, bookings & payment
Service requests are reviewed and quoted before engagement. A mission proceeds once the quote is accepted and payment is captured through our payment partners (Flutterwave, LiqPay). Fees, currencies and any refund terms are stated at the time of quoting.
4. Operators
Operators are engaged to deliver missions subject to vetting and our operational standards. Dispatch decisions are made and confirmed by Hybrid Elite. Operators agree to follow lawful instructions, safety protocols and applicable regulations.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to request services that would breach the law, to interfere with the platform's security, or to misuse location, mission or personal data. We may suspend or terminate access for breach.
6. Lawful & authorised engagements
Security and cybersecurity work is provided only under lawful authority and proper authorisation. Cybersecurity assessments (including penetration testing) require written client authorisation and defined scope before any testing begins.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided on a professional best-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hybrid Elite is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant mission. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Hybrid Elite against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal reasons, or risk to safety or the platform.
10. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Hybrid Elite's operations in Nigeria, without prejudice to mandatory local rights. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
