Hybrid Elite System ("Hybrid Elite", "we", "us") provides executive protection, journey management, cybersecurity, crisis management, aerial intelligence and security consulting through our platform. This policy explains what we collect and why. We operate from Nigeria and Ukraine and serve clients worldwide.
1. Information we collect
• Account & identity: name, email, phone, and credentials you create (managed via our authentication provider, Clerk).
• Service requests: details you submit — service type, locations, dates, descriptions and related instructions.
• Payment data: processed by our payment partners (Flutterwave, LiqPay). We do not store full card details on our servers.
• Operator location: for operators on an active mission, real-time GPS location is processed so clients can track their assigned operator. Location is tied to active duty and access is controlled.
• Communications: messages, emails and support requests you send us.
• Usage & device data: log data, device/browser information and cookies necessary to run and secure the platform.
2. How we use information
We use your information to deliver and coordinate services, match and dispatch operators, process payments and payouts, communicate with you, provide live mission tracking, maintain security and prevent fraud, meet legal and contractual obligations, and improve the platform.
3. How we share information
We share information only as needed to deliver the service: with the assigned operator(s) for your mission, with payment processors to complete transactions, with infrastructure and software providers that run the platform under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law or to protect safety. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to a security company — access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege handling of sensitive data such as location. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns via our Security page.
5. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal, accounting and operational requirements, and resolve disputes. Mission records may be retained for audit and safety purposes.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security and core functionality. You can control cookies through your browser, though some features may not work without them.
8. International operations
We operate across Nigeria and Ukraine and may process data in those and other jurisdictions where our providers operate, with safeguards appropriate to the data.
